Q: I have many family members. Can we order your products with more than the usual number of family members?

Yes, a maximum of 7 / 8 people are available when requested. Go to “Family Labels” link on the left sidebar. Fill in your character selections and press the “Add to my Basket” button. Complete the order then call on 082 410 2066 or email us and we will add the additional members. Please have your order number handy for fast service.

Q: What if there is an error with my order?

Q: My name includes special characters like an umlaut and an accent acute; can you add them?

Unfortunately, the Web cannot distinguish special characters, and the computer may change them to a misspelled letter. Postage is only within the borders of South Africa.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Expected delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks for most items due to the customization of each order. We are not responsible for SA Postal delays, customs tariffs, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise
